Impact Fort Worth is our Employee Resource Group (ERG) Summit

The professional workforce has demonstrated flexibility, resilience, and ability to adapt during some of the most trying times our country has faced in modern-day history. The topic of DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) has moved beyond the corporate walls to now encompass all areas of our lives. Now more than ever, our diverse corporate leaders are harnessing voices that must be heard and amplified.

IMPACT Fort Worth will create a space for purposeful reflection, culturally relevant leadership development, and an opportunity for your ERGs to flex their talent and truly IMPACT the City of Fort Worth. Over this one-day summit, your teams will enjoy energizing speakers, networking with other Fort Worth-area ERGs, and participating in a City of Fort Worth problem-solve competition. At the close of the day, a closing reception will be hosted with awards presented to the EmERGing Leaders who have paved the way in their corporate setting.
