Impact Fort Worth: Leadership Summit
The Impact Fort Worth: Leadership Summit is a premier gathering designed to inspire and equip the next generation of leaders with the skills, insight, and mindset needed to lead across business, nonprofit, and government sectors. Hosted at Texas Christian University, the summit brings together executives, educators, and emerging professionals for a day of immersive learning, storytelling, and collaboration.
This year’s theme focuses on resilient leadership, emotional intelligence, and innovation in the age of AI. Highlights include a fireside chat with Ross Perot Jr. on the future of leadership, interactive workshops led by distinguished faculty such as Dr. Anna-Lisa Leefers, Dr. Tracey Rockett, and Vincent Perez, and a cross-industry panel discussion moderated by Natalia Dominguez exploring the emotional core of effective leadership.
Through these sessions, participants will gain practical strategies for navigating uncertainty, fostering inclusive workplaces, and leading with purpose in a rapidly evolving world.
Designed with input from the Business Resource Group (BRG) Taskforce, every element of the summit is intentionally curated to provide attendees a preview of the upcoming Audaz Leadership Program — a new regional initiative focused on developing bold, adaptive leaders who drive sustainable impact across Fort Worth and beyond.
