Advocate for the inclusion of RHCA’s members in large private sector, commercial and emerging market construction work

Strategy 7.1 – Promote the value of hiring minority and women-owned contractors as a large and untapped area for growth, one that with a little marketing expertise, could yield great rewards

Strategy 7.2 - Create awareness campaign regarding key issues surrounding the inclusion of minority and women-owned contractors and how the RHCA’s work is helping to change it.

Strategy 7.3 – Create relationships with the North Texas Region’s Economic Development Committees and select an RHCA liaison to help court new companies considering relocation, or major projects coming to the area
