About the Speaker

Daphne Burke is the founder of The Burke Reports, LLC, a policy intelligence and legislative tracking firm that helps organizations stay ahead of emerging laws, regulatory developments, and government activity that may impact their operations. With more than 15 years of experience at the U.S. Department of Labor, including service as a Supervisory Benefits Advisor with the Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA), she developed extensive expertise interpreting complex federal laws and guiding employers, professionals, and stakeholders through evolving policy and compliance issues. Through The Burke Reports, Daphne provides legislative monitoring, policy analysis, executive-ready briefings, policy forecasting, and strategic insight designed to help businesses, associations, and organizations make informed decisions in a rapidly changing policy environment.
