Ericka Garza is the President and CEO of the Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, where she champions economic development and creates pathways for small business owners to access capital, education, and opportunity. With over two decades of experience in franchise development, global brand growth, and organizational leadership at companies including 7-Eleven, Yum! Brands, Boston Pizza International, and Au Bon Pain, Garza brings deep expertise in how businesses scale and how access to capital and opportunity is granted or withheld. She has been named one of the 100 Most Influential Latinas in the U.S. by Latino Leaders Magazine four years running and was most recently recognized among Fort Worth Inc.'s 500 Most Influential People.
