El Taller Para Compradores de Casa es un curso de 8 horas ofreciendo educación sobre una variedad de temas que incluyen como asegurar una hipoteca, la búsqueda de una casa, conceptos básicos de seguro de la propiedad, el proceso de inspección y qué esperar durante el cierre. Esta clase ayudará a contestar las preguntas: ¿Cuáles son las ventajas y las desventajas de un dueño de casa? ¿Estaré yo listo para ser dueño de una casa? ¿Cuáles son mis requisitos para poder comprar una casa.
La inscripción comienza a las 8:00 a.m.

Homebuyer Orientation and Workshop is a 8 hour class offering education on various topics such as: How to become mortgage ready, the process of buying a home, basic home insurance concepts, the inspection process and what to expect while closing on a home. This class will help you answer questions such as: What are the advantages and disadvantages of buying a home? Am I ready to be a homeowner? What are the qualifications to become mortgage ready?
Sign-in starts at 8am.
