What will you be doing?
Support Your Executive
You will provide daily support to the Chief Service Officer by keeping them prepared, focused, and informed. Proactive thinking, quick problem solving and giving clear communication are essential functions of this position. This will include typical administrative duties as well as driving more complex projects of top priority to the Chief Service Officer. As an Executive Assistant, you will be expected to work with other divisions and departments, holding them accountable for their deliverables on behalf of your executive and the Senior Leadership Team.
Maintain SLT Priorities
You will maintain the priorities of the Chief Service Officer and the other members of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) by scheduling meetings, communicating to other agency leaders on behalf of the SLT, management of SLT calendars and ensuring sufficient work time.
Represent Your Executive
You will be the extension of the Chief Service Officer, both internally and externally. You will attend important meetings with your executive and at times go to meetings in their place. You will work with the leaders reporting to your executive, with a strong focus on streamlining communication, ensuring priorities of your executive are being met, and doing whatever it takes so that all members of the team have what they need to be successful.
Regular office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. This position may require flexibility to work various hours and possibly weekends, depending on current program needs.

A progressive paid leave plan allows you to earn more time off the longer you are employed and we provide paid time off for 15 designated holidays, including being closed Christmas Eve through New Year’s Day. Up to 3 weeks of paid maternity/paternity leave if eligible, in addition to our PTO plan. We also offer flexible work schedules and a friendly, supportive environment. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with an hourly rate of $20.00 - $21.75 based on skills and experience.
