We are currently looking for an Office Manager:

Primary Responsibilities

Lead efforts for vital support functions:
o Time postings, billable hours, and expense sheets
o Identify and prioritize scheduling
o Improve business relationships through Customer-Relationship Management (CRM)
o Facilities management, including coordinating and communicating information pertinent to

maintenance, parking, and safety
Manage company brand through marketing efforts:

o Actively coordinate with Saint Louis Marketing Director
o Research and development for local markets, including answering Requests for Proposal (RFP),

Requests for Quote (RFQ), and registering with proper entities Assist and support teammates:

o Problem-solve technology needs, communicating with IT provider as necessary
o Work closely and effectively communicate with the Fort Worth Principal
o Ensure that all team members have necessary office supplies
o Run internal events by coordinating and finalizing logistics, assembling materials, and clearing spaces

Experience, Skills and Traits for Success

  • ▪  5 years administrative/executive assistant experience, professional industry experience preferred

  • ▪  Strong software skills particularly with Microsoft Office

  • ▪  Efficient in ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively with little direction or oversight

  • ▪  Social perceptiveness and enthusiasm to work with others at all organizational levels

  • ▪  Patient, conscientious, and reliable self-starter who takes pride in ownership of responsibilities

  • ▪  Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor style to audience

  • ▪  Self-motivation and confidence in ability to learn and perform a wide variety of tasks
