Stone Bridge Personnel is partnering with a dynamic Sports & Entertainment client to identify a highly motivated, bilingual Executive Assistant to support a Sports Agent/CEO.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has always wanted to break into the sports and entertainment industry and gain firsthand exposure to the business side of professional sports, athlete representation, player management, and sports business.

The right candidate will become an important part of the CEO's team while learning what happens behind the scenes in the world of professional sports and player representation.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Bilingual Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and personal support to the Sports Agent/CEO. This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, resourceful, discreet, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Schedules and priorities can change quickly, so the ideal candidate must be comfortable thinking on their feet, handling last-minute requests, and going above and beyond when needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide daily administrative and executive support to the Sports Agent/CEO.
  • Manage and coordinate a dynamic, frequently changing calendar and schedule.
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, appointments, travel, and events.
  • Assist with domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Communicate professionally with athletes, clients, coaches, clubs, business partners, and industry contacts.
  • Assist with correspondence, documents, presentations, reports, and business materials.
  • Organize and maintain confidential client and business information.
  • Conduct research involving players, teams, leagues, events, and the sports industry.
  • Assist with special projects and business initiatives.
  • Support the CEO at meetings, games, events, and professional engagements as needed.
  • Anticipate the CEO's needs and stay ahead of deadlines, logistics, and scheduling changes.
  • Assist with occasional personal-assistance tasks connected to the CEO's professional responsibilities.
  • Travel and work outside traditional business hours when business needs require.
  • Learn and gain firsthand exposure to the sports agent and athlete representation business.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish – REQUIRED.
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Personal Assistant, Coordinator, or similar role preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional presence and confidence when interacting with high-profile individuals.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Comfortable with changing schedules and last-minute requests.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and common business technology.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
  • Flexible to work occasional evenings, weekends, games, events, and travel.
  • Genuine interest in sports, entertainment, athletes, or talent representation is highly desirable.
