EEU is looking for a Director, Brand Management and Creative Design ensures all aspects of the brand are held to the highest esteem and reflective of the EECU mission, values and guidelines. This position requires an individual contributor that can effectively build highly innovative, creative and impactful marketing communication and programs across digital, video and off-line channels that connect consumers with the EECU brand to deliver measurable business results.

 

Key responsibilities for the Director, Brand Management and Creative Design will be leading brand execution and storytelling with designs/creatives across digital, video, offline and employee communications. Create, manage and execute a plan for establishing and enhancing best-in-class lasting visual identity for the EECU brand that addresses both strategic and business needs. Responsible to execute brand identity projects, developing key deliverables/assets and execute production fulfillment logistics. Act as a brand advocate, though leadership, inspiration and best practices contributing to the success of design applied to internal and external communications. Ensure Brand standards are upheld through vendors and third parties. Responsible for delivering all marketing materials including but not limited to visual, audio, social, digital/mobile, video, experiential, TV and special events in desired timeline and budget. Engage, manage and execute on the thoughts and ideas of senior leadership from start to finish across departments and disciplines. Lead internal initiatives and communication efforts to roll out new/future plans for the EECU brand to ensure that internal stakeholders and employees are informed as the brand evolves.

 

 

Candidates for EECU should possess the following knowledge and experience:

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in brand, design, acquisition and engagement marketing
  • Design oriented and skilled at translating business requirements into creative briefs and design solutions
  • Proficiency in MS project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint required 
  • Previous experience and proficient in creating infographics, presentations, social media collateral visualizing data, photography and video production
  • Strong portfolio of award winning digital, video direct response and brand build marketing programs that are recognized for creativity/innovation and results across channels
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design/Multimedia or equivalent experience Required
