EECU is looking for a Financial Center Manager that is responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial center functions including achievement of goals, and the operational efficiencies for platform and teller operations oversight. This is a change management role that will be key driver in ensuring change initiatives meet strategic objectives by increasing employee adoption and usage.

Key responsibilities for the Financial Center Manager will be to meet established sales goals for the financial center while managing and adhering to assigned center P&L and budgets. This person will supervise, develop, and coach the financial center employees to their fullest potential, set clear direction, create great partnerships within the community, and maintain a focus on members. The Financial Center Manager will set the tone for the center by providing on-site leadership, motivation and direction for the center’s staff, integrate products and services with member needs, educate members on credit union and financial center technology i.e. ITMs and digital dialogue offices, actively support the participation of community events as needed in order to market and promote EECU. Responsible for lobby floor management that includes concierge for financial center, greets all members, and assists or directs members to appropriate employees, or technology within the center i.e. ITMs and digital dialogue offices. This person will build a high performing team that prioritizes controls and drives business results. Requires successful registration with, and issuance of a unique identification number from, the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) in compliance with the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 (S.A.F.E. Act). Responsible for compliance of all Federal and State rules and regulations pertaining but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Bribery Act, NCUA Privacy Regulations, Reg DD, Reg E, Reg CC, Reg Z, Reg B, FCRA/FACTA, and Service Members Civil Relief. Required to attend initial and ongoing annual Bank Secrecy Act training.



Candidates for EECU should possess the following knowledge and experience:
• Minimum five to seven years in retail services or financial center leadership or related experience
• Must be able to perform responsibilities with composure under the stress of deadlines / requirements for extreme accuracy and quality and/or fast pace
• Experience with sales processes, operations, data analytics, or quantitative marketing
• Excellent customer and business focus, with strong change management, communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be a proven leader of people within a customer service environment
• Professional written and oral communication skills
• Places a sense of urgency in responding to members
• Credit Union and Federal Regulations
• Requires successful registration with, and issuance of a unique identification number from, the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) in compliance with the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 (S.A.F.E. Act)
• College degree or work experience equivalent
