We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Bilingual Insurance Producer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced sales environment and is passionate about helping clients protect what matters most. In this role, you’ll work closely with leadership and an in-office team to deliver exceptional service while growing your book of business through meaningful conversations, smart coverage solutions, and strong follow-up.
This is a 100% in-office position where energy, teamwork, and accountability matter. Fluency in English and a second language (Spanish preferred) is essential, as you’ll serve a diverse client base and build long-term trust within the community.

What You’ll Do
  • Connect with clients in person and over the phone to understand their needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions
  • Quote, present, and sell Home, Auto, Renters, Landlord, Umbrella, and Life insurance policies
  • Educate and empower clients by clearly explaining coverage options, limits, deductibles, and pricing—in English and a second language
  • Collaborate with the agency team to follow up on leads, referrals, and outbound opportunities
  • Maximize value for clients and results for the agency by cross-selling and bundling policies
  • Own your success by meeting or exceeding individual sales goals tied directly to bonus opportunities
  • Support existing clients with policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and ongoing service needs
  • Keep things organized and accurate by maintaining client and policy records in agency management and CRM systems
  • Stay sharp and informed on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and state insurance regulations
  • Contribute to a positive, high-energy office culture that celebrates wins, teamwork, and continuous growth

What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • Fluency in English and a second language (Spanish preferred)
  • Active state Property & Casualty and Life insurance licenses (or ability to obtain within a set timeframe)
  • Proven sales experience, ideally in personal lines and/or life insurance
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
  • Ability to work onsite during standard business hours
  • Comfortable in a performance-driven, goal-oriented sales environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in an insurance agency or brokerage setting
  • Background in bundled personal lines and life insurance sales
  • Familiarity with in-office, team-based sales environments
