Job Description

What will you be doing?

Design, Create and Deliver Marketing Programs

You will assist marketing managers in managing integrated marketing campaigns across offline and online tactics. You will brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns. You will plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV etc.)

Create and Convey Brand Messages

You will conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends. You will translate complex data and analytical models into insights that can be used to develop marketing strategies. You assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)

Establish and Improve CCFW's competitive positioning

You will provide recommendations for future strategic initiatives through competitive and financial analysis. You will assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies. You will stay up to date with Market and online trends relevant to the brand for ensuring campaigns and promotions are relevant within each market. You will maintain awareness on best practice marketing techniques/tools to achieve successful campaigns and promotions

 

WORK HOURS
Regular office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. This position may require flexibility to work various hours and possibly weekends, depending on current program needs.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Catholic Charities Fort Worth offers a variety of benefits to our staff including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Our staff members can participate in a retirement plan with a generous dollar for dollar, up to 6% match. A progressive paid leave plan allows you to earn more time off the longer you are employed and we provide paid time off for 15 designated holidays, including being closed Christmas Eve through New Year’s Day. Up to 3 weeks of paid maternity/paternity leave if eligible, in addition to our PTO plan. We also offer flexible work schedules and a friendly, supportive environment.
