Job Description
CLINICAL COUNSELOR/THERAPIST
 
 
The Women’s Center is seeking a full-time, fully licensed Clinical Counselor/Therapist for the General Counseling Services Program.  The General Counseling Program helps clients resolve crises, manage life transitions and develop better coping and problem-solving skills. 
Responsibilities Include: 
 
 
 Holds in-person and phone counseling with individuals, families, and couples 
 Facilitates Groups 
 Provides case management on a limited basis 
 Maintains written case assessments, progress notes, and evaluations 
 Accurately and timely enters data in ETO database 
 Answers Helpline calls occasionally 
 Attends staff meetings and required Women’s Center functions 
 Maintains professional credentials 
Maintains relationships with other departments within the Women’s Center 
 Maintains relationships with other agencies and service providers 
Promotes the Women’s Center mission through professional actions and word 
 
Education and Experience Requirements:
• Master’s degree in social work or related field
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Holds current advanced licensure
