But our retail locations fund a much bigger mission – our business is about changing lives. As a not-for-profit leader, Goodwill provides job training and career services for people with disabilities, such as physical or mental disabilities and other barriers to employment including lack of education or work experience and to vulnerable populations including the homeless, at-risk youth, veterans and the formerly incarcerated.

Employees receive a competitive benefits package including company paid basic term life, paid time off, voluntary medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability and 401(k), as well as team member retail discounts and opportunities for training and advancement within the company.
