What will you be doing?
Cultivate and Engage Donors
You will be a go-to connector for the agency, using your natural relational skills to really get to know what makes someone tick, where their interests lie, and how best to organically create a path for their involvement at CCFW. You’ll be running social algorithms to create “aha moments” for the perfect donor opportunities- from outside of the box volunteer opportunities to the perfect project for an individual to invest in.
Learn and Implement a Proven Fundraising Model
We’ve got a system that works, entitled the Benevon® fundraising model- you’ll get access to all the tools to manage the large accounts you’re going to land, and keep up with best practices in the fundraising world. Benevon allows you to shine as a fundraiser, all while keeping all the gritty details and timelines in perfect order. Because you love the relationships, and you also love to succeed.
This is where the rubber meets the road! You’ll put into action the plan you’ve charted out and find high reward ways to enrich donor’s lives, get critical funding needed to end poverty in our community, and do so in a way that you’re confident will nearly always result in a YES. You’ll have your own goal to be accountable to, and you won’t stop until you get there.
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years’ experience in donor cultivation and securing financial support OR a combination of relevant education and experience preferred
- Willingness to learn and follow proven Benevon® fundraising model
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and English communication skills
- Project management experience a plus
