Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Announces New Board Members Holly Raeder and Salvatore “Sam”
FORT WORTH, TX — The Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (FWHCC) is proud to announce the appointment of two new members to its Board of Directors: Holly Raeder, Region Director of Customer Service at Oncor Electric Delivery, and Salvatore “Sam” Macedonio, Vice President of Labor Relations at BNSF Railway.
These appointments mark an exciting new chapter for the Chamber as it continues its mission to advocate for, educate, and empower the business community across the Fort Worth area.
Welcoming Our New Board Members
•Holly Raeder brings 18 years of experience with Oncor Electric Delivery. As Region Director of Customer Service, she leads a team of Area Managers serving as strategic points of contact across Tarrant, Wise, Parker, Johnson, and Denton Counties. A graduate of Texas Tech University with both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business Administration, Raeder is active in community leadership, serving on the board of the Greater Arlington Chamber of Commerce and participating in Leadership North Texas.
•Salvatore “Sam” Macedonio serves as Vice President of Labor Relations at BNSF Railway, where he oversees labor strategy and union partnerships across North America’s largest freight rail network. With over 25 years of labor and employment experience spanning the public and private sectors, Macedonio holds a Juris Doctorate from New York Law School and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York. He is also an active community advocate, serving on the board of Pillars of Change.

Honoring Outgoing Board Members
The Chamber extends its gratitude to outgoing board members Michael Dimas (Oncor) and Dustin Almaguer (BNSF Railway) for their dedicated service, guidance, and contributions during their tenure on the Board.
