The recent decision to end the DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) program presents yet another challenge to our area’s workforce and continued growth. In line with our vision to participate and contribute in building a better Fort Worth through inclusion and strategic partnerships, the Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is focused on working with our Congressional and business leaders to support a positive solution for DACA recipients. We encourage all of our members and residents to engage with their U.S. Senators and Representatives to express their concerns around the economic impact of this decision on Fort Worth and Texas.

The Hispanic Chamber acknowledges the major contributions of our DACA community. We will continue to proudly support our Dreamers.
