Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Announces Leadership Transition
President & CEO Anette Landeros to Serve as Chief Strategy Officer for Trinity Metro

Fort Worth, TX — The Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (FWHCC) today announces that President & CEO Anette Landeros will be transitioning out of her role after five years of exemplary leadership to take on the position of Chief Strategy Officer for Trinity Metro. This bittersweet moment reflects both the incredible progress made under Anette’s guidance and the Chamber’s ongoing role as a leadership incubator for the Fort Worth community.

During her tenure, Anette led the Chamber through unprecedented growth, focusing on enhancing economic opportunities for Hispanic-owned businesses while positioning the Chamber as a pivotal force for inclusion in the business community. Under her leadership, signature initiatives like Build Fort Worth and Hecho en Fort Worth have expanded, creating greater opportunities for minority- and women-owned businesses to thrive. Additionally, Anette forged critical partnerships with the private and public sectors, further elevating the Chamber’s role in advocating for Hispanic business success.

Reflecting on her time at the Chamber, Anette said, "It has been an honor to serve this incredible organization and the dynamic community of businesses that make up the Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Together, we have accomplished so much, and I am grateful for the relationships, partnerships, and growth we have achieved. While it is bittersweet to move on, I am excited to continue serving Fort Worth in this new role at Trinity Metro."

FWHCC Board Chairman, Ish Arebalos, echoed the sentiments of the entire board, expressing gratitude for Anette’s contributions. "Anette’s leadership has had a profound impact on the Chamber, and her legacy of collaboration, innovation, and community-building will continue to guide us forward. We are incredibly proud of her, and while we will miss her in this role, we are excited for her new opportunity with Trinity Metro."

Anette’s transition into her new role at Trinity Metro reflects the Chamber’s commitment to developing leaders who shape the future of Fort Worth. The Chamber remains dedicated to supporting the growth and success of Hispanic businesses and will continue to be a catalyst for progress and opportunity in the region.

Anette will continue to lead the Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber through December 13th and is committed to preparing the organization for new leadership. The Board of Directors is working closely with Chamber leadership to ensure a seamless transition and will be announcing details about the search for the next President & CEO in the coming weeks.
