General Description:
Under the direction of the CFO, the Senior Director of ReStores is a Servant Leader. He or she serves as the leader of the ReStore Team and is a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Agency Leadership Team (ALT). Broadly speaking, he or she is responsible for all aspects of ReStore Operations, which include providing strategic and operational leadership, including budget creation and adherence and net store revenue for the ReStores.

General Responsibilities…

- Wholly manage an agency subprogram – ReStore Operations.

- Learn from your peers - create and maintain relationships with Habitat for Humanity International and other Habitat affiliates.
- Independently represent the agency outside of the office/warehouse/store.

Specific Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership for all ReStore operations, developing and executing plans that drive revenue growth, profitability, operational excellence, and community impact.
- Lead multi-location retail operations, ensuring consistent standards, efficient processes, strong merchandising, and exceptional customer experience.
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, KPI management, and reporting, while maintaining accountability for sales, margins, and profitability.
- Direct inventory, merchandising, and donation management strategies to maximize retail sales and net profitability including unrelated business income tax liabilities.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, excellent customer service, and employee engagement.
- Ensure strong internal controls and operational processes are established and consistently followed to proactively address safety and other risk management areas.
- Utilize performance metrics and data-driven insights to optimize operational results and support strategic decision-making, aligning ReStore initiatives with organizational priorities and long-term growth plans.

- Consistently demonstrates, models, and promotes the agency's core values through leadership, decision-making, and interactions with employees, customers, donors, and community partners.
